Hi all,
We are very excited to announce our plans for the 2019 Bellevue Girls Swim and Dive Retreat! The retreat is an annual two-day, one-night trip the swimmers attend at SAMBICA led and planned by the captains. It is a great opportunity for the girls to get to know each other more, bond, and have fun before the season kicks into high gear. Below you will find all the information needed for this exciting event! If you have further questions please contact Jenny Yang at [email protected].

• Location: SAMBICA, 4114 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE.  https://www.sambica.com/.
• Time: Drop off Saturday, 9/21 @ 11:30 at SAMBICA (or car pool at BHS for anyone arranging on their own), pick up Sunday, 9/22 @ 11:00am.  Please refer to attached retreat schedule for details.
• Things to bring:
  • Your smile and energy!!!
  • Sack lunch for noon meal on Saturday
  • A towel
  • Toiletries
  • Sleeping bag
  • Blanket/pillow (optional)
  • Running shoes
  • Workout clothes
  • Pajamas
  • Warm clothes
  • Water bottle

Help wanted (all volunteers will need to pass BSD screening process)

• Parent volunteers for driving kids to retreat location.  If you can drive, please fill out this form 2320P Exhibit G – Driver Authorization Form if applicable.  Also, you need to pass district back group check before submit this form.  https://app.verifiedvolunteers.com/en/Candidates/Account/Register
• We will need parent volunteers to stay with the girls overnight at the retreat
• We will have volunteer sign up sheets at fall sports kick off meeting.  Your help is very much appreciated
